Frequently Asked Questions:
1) When do I need to get my shears sharpened?
Answer: You generally need to get your shears sharpened at least once a year. If you drop them or cut anything other than hair with the shears, you will need to get them sharpened before continuing to work on clients with them.
2) Are the straighteners you sell as good as the competitors?
Answer: Yes, our straighteners are ceramic plated (which is one of the best types of plating you can use on your hair). They also heat up to 425 degrees. These straighteners in every way compete on the same level as those of our competitors.
3) Do we get CE credit for educational seminars?
Answer: If you attend a seminar we give that is one that is Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) approved and you are a current licensed stylist, then yes, you may receive credit. You will have to let us know in advance of taking the seminar that you would like to receive credit as we have to have your signature on our roster sheets along with getting a copy of your stylist license, etc.

4) How long does it take for you to ship product?
Answer: We generally are able to ship between 2 - 7 days after purchase with either payment or a purchase order. We ship via Fedex ground or DHL ground.
5) Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Answer: Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools.
6) Do you accept personal checks?
Answer: Yes, we accept personal checks so long as we also have your name, address, phone number, and driver's license #. Should a personal check bounce, the NSF will be $25 and we will expect immediate payment of that plus the product price via money order before any product will be released.
