Our Warranty

Shear Warranty:  Limited lifetime warranty on all shears.  Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and covers any defects in the manufacturing of the shear.  It excludes any damage from normal wear and tear and from accidents such as dropping or damaged shears from poor sharpening.

14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee – If for any reason you are unhappy with your. product, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.  If the product has been damaged due to obvious dropping or abuse, ShearFIX will not replace it.

1 Year Manufacturers Warranty – Our products are guaranteed free of any manufacturing defects for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase.  Manufacturing warranty includes the following: any type of short in the wire, one side of a flat iron not working properly, any switches, buttons, or knobs not properly working, dryers not heating up properly, etc.  Manufacturing warranty does NOT include the following: cracks in the flat iron, cracks in the flat iron, cracks in the dryer, or any type of damage due to dropping or abuse.

Shear Sharpening

ShearFix offers sharpening of shears and will be happy to sharpen for a fee of $20 per shear plus shipping and handling. If we come out to your location, it is a flat fee of $35 per shear. We strive to take excellent care of our clients and understand the need for your shears to be returned as soon as possible. We have a 7 day turn around time on returning the shears to you when they are shipped to us. If you are interested in having us sharpen your shears please contact us.
